So is this a wine blog?

No, not really.

I’m going to write and opine about wine, but I’m going to include much more.

Don’t you love that moment when you first uncork a bottle of wine? The satisfying “pop” that comes with a faint wift of the wine’s tantalizing aroma. Will it be as good as you hope, maybe even better? That moment of anticipation and excitement comes at so many different points of our lives. Getting into a car on a long road trip, waiting for your meal to come at a restaurant, unwrapping the ribbon of a present on Christmas morning.

That’s what I’ll be focusing on here; those moments that follow all those special little harbingers of good experiences. Life is better uncorked.
